How to Pay and Order

Purchasing via our Secure Website

Once you're ready to order, just click Buy Now. Your Shopping cart will be filled with the item/s you’ve purchased displaying a total, at which point you can proceed with your purchase or alter your order. Your Order can be adjusted at anytime. When you're ready to purchase, just click on Confirm Order.

Address Details - ensure that you have both your billing and delivery address details on hand, as well as a contact telephone number for yourself, and for the recipient of the item should it be destined for an address other than your own.

Payment and Shipping – Payment can be made via PayPal. If you are using a credit card to pay through PayPal please ensure that you have your credit card handy to enter your card number, expiry date and security code, which are required to process your payment. Once you have entered the number of books required, postage will be added to your order.

Receipt - once your card has been approved, a receipt page is presented as confirmation of your purchase. These details will also be sent in the form of a receipt by email. A packing slip which outlines your order will also be included when your parcel is delivered.

Purchasing via Mail Order

Orders are accepted via Mail Order accompanied by a personal cheque, bank cheque or money order. Delivery will be made once the proceeds are cleared. Please include your name, address and daytime phone number together with clear written instructions for delivery should the recipient be someone else. Postage and handling costs for Australian orders of either $5.90 for 1 Book or $10.90 for between 2 and 8 Books must be included in the total payment.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Details for Australia

Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post during normal business hours. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address on your order form as goods which are returned as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Even though every care is taken with all our internet and mail orders, sometimes accidents or errors happen. We’re only human. Notification of damaged or missing product must be received by us within 48 hours of delivery. Should you receive a damaged item, we will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. Please refer to our Returns Policy below. Returns Policy

Return of Goods Purchased from the Website:

Goods that arrive at their destination which have been damaged in transit and are deemed by us to be unusable will be replaced. This does not cover damage caused at the delivery destination. We are not responsible for additional postage charges on deliveries that cannot be made due to insufficient delivery address information being given. Notification must be received by us within 48 hours of your parcel being received when claiming a damaged item or missing product. Under these circumstances, we will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. The item returned needs to be in its original condition including the packaging it was delivered in. The item must also be accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a receipt and/or packing slip. In order to process your return of goods, please be sure to include a note explaining the reason for the return as well as your daytime telephone number so that we are able to contact you. Replacements for damaged items will be returned to you within 30 days of purchase as long as the product has been returned as stated above. Refunds are not available for incorrect choice.
